1. About these terms


This website is operated by Quantum Oasis LLC ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Solvi, at solvihub.store. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.


2. Eligibility


You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.


3. Products and descriptions


We work hard to describe products accurately, including their limitations. Colours can appear differently between screens, and we can't guarantee that your monitor's rendering is exact. We may change or discontinue products at any time.


4. Product safety


Please follow the instructions supplied with each product and note the following:


  • HeatBox is an electrical appliance. It reheats food that is already cooked; it does not cook raw food. Do not immerse the base in water, and do not leave it unattended while heating.

  • ScrubPro heads are abrasive. Do not use the bristle or steel heads on non-stick coatings.

  • Busy Book is intended for ages 3 and over. It contains small parts. Children under 3 should use it only with adult supervision.

  • DriveLock must be positioned so that it does not obstruct your view of the road or interfere with airbag deployment. Never operate a phone while driving.


5. Pricing and errors


All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed — in which case we refund you in full, immediately and without deduction.


6. Orders and payment


Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.


7. Shipping and risk


Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Our shipping policy forms part of these terms.


8. Returns


Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms.


9. Warranties and disclaimers


Products are supplied with the express warranties stated on their product pages and in our return policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and beyond those express warranties and your non-excludable statutory rights, the site and its products are provided "as is" without further warranty of any kind.


Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.


10. Limitation of liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Oasis LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.


This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.


11. Reviews and submitted content


If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the product. Submit only content that is yours and that is truthful. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or a fake review.


12. Intellectual property


The Solvi name, logo, site design and written content are owned by Quantum Oasis LLC. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.


13. Prohibited use


You may not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the site's operation.


14. Third-party links


We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.


15. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.


16. Governing law


These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here deprives a consumer of the protections of the mandatory laws of their own country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
